Construction site

The site is managed by a team of professionals with different skills that checks the progress of the work, timing, installation and correct use of materials and insulation, checking that the design idea is faithfully implemented. All visits are documented with photographic reports.

The portions of the dwelling below street level they are isolated from humidity through the use of bentonite, which is a natural clay material, it is not toxic and becomes a waterproof gel in contact with water.
Particular attention is paid to all insulation (horizontal, vertical and inclined) that surround the house, so as to classify the buildings in Energy Class A2 and A3.

We have chosen to build homes with this Energy Class because we pay particular attention to the environment, therefore we want to reduce waste and consumption in order to have a lower impact on nature. Once built, the houses will be ecological, ideal for those who love nature, they are attentive to their environmental impact and want to live in a more sustainable way.
